PRACTICE YOGA AT MULGRAVE COUNTRY CLUB

Come and meet our two experienced Yoga instructors and join one of our Yoga classes – held every Wednesday and Friday at 9.15am & 10.45am.

 

The 1 hour classes are suitable for all levels and abilities, working on relaxation techniques, stretching, breathing and flexibility to help improve your mind, strength, balance and posture and increase your overall feeling of calm and wellbeing

Concludes Friday the 22nd November 2024 and will resume on the 29th of January 2025

A yearly membership fee is payable and entitle you to one class per week.
