PRACTICE YOGA AT MULGRAVE COUNTRY CLUB

Come and meet our two experienced Yoga instructors and join one of our Yoga classes – held every Wednesday and Friday at 9.15am & 10.45am.

The 1 hour classes are suitable for all levels and abilities, working on relaxation techniques, stretching, breathing and flexibility to help improve your mind, strength, balance and posture and increase your overall feeling of calm and wellbeing.

Each Yoga Member is entitled to one class per week.

A yearly membership fee is payable at reception.
