TENNIS SECTION
2011 SUMMER COMPETITION:
The Summer Season commenced last week for the Saturday Competition; we have five junior teams competing in the morning and three senior teams competing in the afternoon.
Our Thursday Night Social Tennis is picking up momentum, especially with the warmer weather. We are about to launch a new in-house social competition in November – stay tuned for details. The new competition will include a minimum number of doubles matches, a ladder and an end of season BBQ – all in time for those warm summer nights!
Presentation Night:
Our annual Presentation Night / End of Season Dinner will be held on Sunday 4 December 6pm.
Join us to celebrate the achievements of 2011, present the trophies for the Club Championships, we would love to see you and your families there.
SOCIAL TENNIS:
Interested in having a friendly game of tennis? Can’t make a weekly commitment? Want to get back into tennis? Interested in meeting new people?
Our social competition is just for you. It is perfect for new players to have a hit without the pressure of competition, for those interested in easing back into the game or even for experienced players who don’t have time to join a team or those who simply want more tennis!
